Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
For more severe cases, take 1 capsule twice daily.
Capsules can be pulled apart and powder added to food or liquid if preferred.
If symptoms persist, worsen or episodes become more frequent consult your medical practitioner.
