Take within 30 minutes after eating or as prescribed by your healthcare professional.
Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1 capsule daily for general health and can take up to 3 capsules daily for immune and digestive

Children 6-12 years: Take 1 capsule once a day.
Children 2-6 years: Only as recommended by your healthcare professional.
May be taken during and after a course of antibiotics at least 2 hours before or after administration. Drink plenty of water.
