Suggested Dose
Adults and Children 12 years and over: Take 1 or 2 tablets at night. Increase up to 4 tablets if required.

Docusate Sodium 50mg. Total Sennosides (calculated as Sennoside B) 8mg
Safety Information
Not recommended for use by children under 12 years of age; If symptoms persist, seek advice from a healthcare practitioner; Increase fibre in the diet (except in cases of medication-induced constipation) and drink plenty of water; Prolonged use may lead to dependence or serious bowel problems; Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breast feeding, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product; Do not use whilst taking other medications or liquid paraffin, unless advised by a doctor; Do not use if cap seal is broken. Contains sodium benzoate.
